Disney+ Added Marvel Studios’ Biggest Film to Its Launch Day

Less than a week before the official launch of Disney+, the streaming service has announced that Avengers: Endgame will be immediately available on November 12.

The announcement began by highlighting the number of comments from Marvel fans about whether the epic conclusion to the Infinity Saga would be included on day one of the service. Then, in a snap, Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark made all those comments disappear, as a simple message appeared atop a white background: “We got you.”

Before the announcement of Endgame, seven Marvel films were announced to be a part of the launch day lineup: Iron Man, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man and Captain Marvel. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible for all 23 MCU films to be available, as movies like The Incredible Hulk and the two most recent Spider-Man films are also owned and distributed by services outside of Disney.
