Guardians of the Galaxy’s Dave Bautista is joining Season 2 of the Apple TV+ series See, which stars Aquaman’s Jason Momoa.

Bautista hinted at the announcement on Jan. 9 with a cryptic Twitter post.

This will be the first major TV role for the actor and former WWE Superstar, who has transitioned smoothly to a career on the big screen. In addition to Guardians, Bautista has landed roles in the critically acclaimed Blade Runner 2049 and Spectre. He’s also slated to appear in Warner Bros.’ Dune remake — along with Momoa — and Netflix’s upcoming Army of the Dead movie.
