Shinsuke Nakamura has some momentum as of recent weeks resulting in bringing the Intercontinental Championship back in to the spotlight.   The Miz wanting to take the title back, was the challenger.  The two met at Clash of Champions tonight but Nakamura would retain.  Sami Zayn played a part in the results by distracting the referee when the Miz had Nakamura pinned.
